Usability
It’s a very simple website. Overly simple. At the same time, they provide information about the prices and money back guarantee. However, all the rest, like full description of services for instance, you will have to find out in the process. Did I say simple? Well yeah, maybe it’s not that true when it comes to the order form. It’s not that it’s too complicated or something of the sort, but it’s just not convenient to fill out, you need to pass whole 3 stages to place an order –like a quest!
Support
Unfortunately, this company does not give much choice when it comes to contact options. They don’t even have a live chat. And if you are a new customer and try to find out how all this works, you will need to send them inquiry using contact form so that they can respond to your email.
Price
I had just a simple essay, Bachelor level. My deadline was in 24 hours. And since I did not need anything super special , I chose regular writer option that did not require extra payment. In addition, I ordered plagiarism report. Be careful by the way, because when you mark plagiarism report checkbox they don’t inform you that price goes up, but you will see that it does go up, so check the price when you select options. For my essay, I paid $67.69 for 2 pages, it’s with plagiarism report that costs $9.99.
Speed
I chose 24 hour delivery, however, they have 3, 6, and 12 hour urgency options. I don’t think I would risk ordering a paper in 6 hours for instance. Besides, I would not pay $87.99 for my 2 page essay.
Quality
As expected, my paper was very simple. I found several mistakes in it, and my professor deducted points for not providing proper answer to a few questions in the instruction. It was not perfect. But I needed to pass, I passed.
Conclusion
These guys charged me for plagiarism report. And there were mistakes in the paper they wrote. Moreover, they did not fully follow the requirements.
